  2. The administrator processes your personal data for the purposes of:
  • implementing commercial or other contracts with you,
  • taking action before concluding a contract at your request,

 

  1. Your personal data is processed:
  • in order to perform a contract to which you are a party or take steps before concluding a contract at your request pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) RODO - when you are a party to a contract or are to be one in the future,
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR - when you are an employee of our current or future business partner, in order to enable contact with our current or future business partner in order to perform the contract to which he is a party or take action before concluding the contract at his request; also for the purpose of: pursuing claims, keeping accounting, obtaining financing and conducting investments, concluding insurance contracts, protecting your personal data and the Administrator's data,
  1. All data is provided directly by you or your employer when establishing business contacts or obtained from public sources, e.g. the Internet, telephone directories.
  2. We collect your personal data belonging to the following categories:
  • First name and last name,
  • Entity or correspondence address,
  • Phone number,
  • E-mail adress,
  • Tax Identification Number,
  • REGON,
  • PESEL number.
  1. The recipients of your personal data are the Administrator's employees, entities acting on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. IT advisors, energy advisors, law firms, accounting offices, banks, factors, leasing companies, carriers, forwarders, couriers, public authorities, insurers, traders) .
  2. We protect your personal data and do not transfer them to third countries or other contractors, subject to section 5.
  3. The period of personal data processing corresponds to the duration of cooperation and 10 years after its termination for the purposes of: fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax regulations and pursuing claims.
  4. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data relating to you, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, and the right to object to the processing of personal data, as well as to transfer data.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if it is found that the processing of your personal data is inconsistent with the GDPR or other generally applicable provisions,
  6. If you provide personal data in person, we would like to inform you that their transfer is voluntary, but is necessary for the performance of contracts with you or your employer. If personal data is not provided, it is impossible to conduct business contacts or conclude any contracts.
  7. The administrator does not use data for automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
