Bumper Profiles

The bumper profiles produced by our company are used to protect edges f.e. boats, yachts, kayaks and other floating equipment that are exposed to damage during maneuvering and mooring. They also play a decorative role of external finishing element.

Production of PVC granulates and diffderent bumpers’ profiles in one plant allows to control quality at every stage of production.

Bumpers’ profiles can also be used to protect sharp edges of sheet metal or walls.

Specification

• The bumper profiles are made of the highest quality PVC with a standard hardness of 85 +/-3° ShA.
• It is possible to make this product with a different hardness according to the customer's needs.
• After heating in hot water, they can be easily formed, even in sharp curves.
• The bumpers’ profiles are rolled into discs of 50 meters long or other lenght according to individual arrangements with our clients.
• For production, we use phthalone-free plasticizers and lead-free stabilizers, in accordance with the highest standards EU requirements.
• Available colors: black, gray, white. Other colors according to individual arrangements.
